Virtual memory

Virtual memory is a part of the operating system, with the help of which we can run many applications on our computer. If your system’s RAM is low then you can use that virtual memory to complete that deficiency. Suppose you open more than one application on your system and if your system does not allow less RAM to open it, then you can get rid of this problem with the help of virtual memory.

Virtual memory is helpful in meeting your computer’s RAM deficiency. When you open multiple applications simultaneously on your system, due to the low memory of the memory, the situation of the crash arises, but virtual memory allows your computer to temporarily store the data of the page’s ram Transfer to hard disk. The computer looks at areas of RAM that have not been used recently and copies them to the hard disk. From which space in the ram is empty and new applications are loaded.

Increasing the speed of virtual memory is easy, first go to the control panel and then click on system and security. After that click on the system. Then click advanced system settings. A window of the system properties will open in it, click Advanced. Then click on performance setting. The window of the performence options will open. Click on advanced. Click on change in virtual memory. A window of the virtual memory will open. After this uncheck the check box next to the automatic management paging file size for all drives. Next, click on custom size. Here you have to enter the initial size (MB) and the maximum size (MB). This size depends on the RAM, which can be different for everyone, suppose we have 4 gb ram, then our initial size (MB) 8192 and maximum size (MB) 9192, then click on set Click on Ok. Then you will ask to restart the computer, then click OK.

If your ram is 4gb then you should multiply 1024 by 4 multiply 4096 and multiply it by 2 8192. Put 8192 on initial size and keep maximum size 1000 9192. Similarly if your ram is 2 gb then multiply 1024 by 2 2048 it has been multiplied by 2 4096. Put 4096 in the initial size and keep the maximum size 5096. Similarly, if your ram is 1 gb, 6 gb Or more than this, you can remove initial size and maximum size from this process.

So you saw how we can increase the virtual memory of our computer and how virtual memory can be helpful in creating unlimited memory, but it is worth noting that if our computer relies heavily on virtual memory, Performance can be reduced. The reason for this is that the hard drive read and write is much less than the speed ram. 1000 times is slower than disk speed RAM. Therefore, whenever your data does not fit in ram memory and there is a transfer in hard disk, then the performance of your system will also be reduced. However this will happen when you are sitting in a lot of applications to open and these applications are taking a lot of memory. If you are not satisfied with decreasing performance, then buying a ram from outside will be a much better solution.

There are definitely plenty of details like that to take into consideration. That could be a nice level to carry up. I provide the thoughts above as basic inspiration but clearly there are questions just like the one you bring up where a very powerful thing can be working in sincere good faith. I don?t know if finest practices have emerged round things like that, but I’m certain that your job is clearly recognized as a fair game. Both girls and boys really feel the affect of only a moment’s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
